GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING THE ONLINE SHOP WILDNATURE.CO

These GENERAL TERMS and CONDITIONS regulate the relations between the photographer Grisha Grigorov, manager of the company PhotoGallery Ltd., registered in the Commercial Register of the Registry Agency in Bulgaria with UIC 202974876; address of management: Sofia, Lyulin 7, Dobri Nemirov St, bl. 773; phone number: +359 898614396; e-mail: wildnaturebg@gmail.com and owner of an online shop with domain www.wildnature.co, hereinafter referred to as the AUTHOR and the USER/CUSTOMER of wildnature.co. 

Please, read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services offered by the online shop. As a user of wildnature.co you agree to abide by the terms described below.

If necessary, the AUTHOR may change the General Terms and Conditions in the online shop. Each change will be published and marked with an update date. If the user continues to use the services of the online shop wildnature.co, it is assumed that they agree with any changes and of which they have become aware. The AUTHOR is not responsible for updates in the General Terms and Conditions not read by the USER/CUSTOMER. 

The online shop presents the creative work of the AUTHOR. 

A contract at a distance or outside a commercial site is made between the AUTHOR and the USER/CUSTOMER. It enters into force after the completion of the order and after the USER/CUSTOMER receives a written confirmation by e-mail from the AUTHOR for payment or acceptance of the order. With this, it is considered that the contract for purchase and sale at a distance or off-premises between the USER/CUSTOMER and the AUTHOR is made.

The online shop operates in Bulgarian and English. Prices are final, in Bulgarian levs/euro (BGN)/(EUR) and US dollars (USD). An additional increase in the final price may occur through a third party such as:

• delivery service in Bulgaria chosen of the USER/CUSTOMER, other than Econt Express, with which the AUTHOR has a contract;
• delivery service outside Bulgaria. The rates are determined by the company DHL, or another courier chosen by the USER/CUSTOMER;
• bank fees when paying by bank transfer end bank card;
• other fees when paying by card and through the systems of PayPal.

ABOUT THE COMPANY 

The online shop wildnature.co is owned by the AUTHOR-photographer Grisha Grigorov, manager of PhotoGallery Ltd. The company is registered in the Commercial Register of the Registry Agency in Bulgaria with UIC 202974876, registered office: Sofia, "Lyulin" 7, Dobri Nemirov St, bl. 773, phone: +359 898614396, e-mail: wildnaturebg@gmail.com and engages in business activity under the name PhotoGallery Ltd.

Activity of the company:

Photo and video services, online commerce, purchase of goods or other property for the purpose of resale in their original or processed form, import, export, sale of goods from own production, intellectual property transactions, advertising, information, programming, impresario or other services, consulting, and any other activity that, in terms of subject and scope, requires to be performed in a commercial manner and is not prohibited for implementation by the Bulgarian legislation, even if it is not listed above.

PRIVACY POLICY

The online shop wildnature.co was created by the AUTHOR and photographer Grisha Grigorov, manager of the company Photo Gallery Ltd. With this Privacy Policy, we would like to inform know what information is collected and used in relation to our work. 

The AUTHOR protects the USER’s/CUSTOMER’s personal data in accordance with the law and the General Data Protection Regulation by the EU.

The services of wildnature.co wildlife site are with hosting and domain based in Bulgaria (Bg), through the company SUPERHOSTING.bg. Between the company SUPERHOSTING.bg and the AUTHOR a DECLARATION OF CONFIDENTIALITY was signed on 14. 11. 2019, with reference № 239.

By using our services, you confirm that your personal data, whether provided by you or a third party, may be hosted on servers in Bulgaria.

At the moment of registration the USER/CUSTOMER will receive an automatic e-mail from the Author, only at the e-mail address provided by them, with the username and password chosen by them.

The AUTHOR has the right to request from the USER/CUSTOMER to certify the authenticity of his personal data at any time.

In order to complete the orders in the online store wildnature.co and fulfil the contract remotely, the CLIENTS agree that the AUTHOR and manager of the company PhotoGallery Ltd. has the right to process the personal data provided to him.

Your personal data is processed only by the AUTHOR Grisha Grigorov. 

The AUTHOR collects the following information which you provide, when you register in the online shop wildnature.co to use our services:

• First and last name/ Company;
• Delivery address - country, city, postcode, address;
• Phone number for the purpose of delivery;
• E-mail address

The customer can edit his personal data and additional information in the online shop wildnature.co at any time through his account.

The AUTHOR uses the USER's/CUSTOMER's personal data for:

• establishing contact and responding to inquiries;
• processing and execution of user orders;
• providing assistance for the services;
• fulfilling a contract or legal obligations;
• compliance with contractual obligations;
• dispute resolution;
• protection from or prevention of fraudulent, illegal or harmful acts;
• fulfillment of our General Terms and Conditions;
• complaints.

The AUTHOR contacts the USERS/CUSTOMERS via email or phone calls.

The AUTHOR shares the personal data of the USERS/CUSTOMERS with courier companies, in order to deliver the product they ordered.

We may also share personal data, when requested by law enforcement or other government agencies, to comply with applicable law in the Republic of Bulgaria, including to protect us, our business or our users in violation of the Terms and Conditions, prevent spam, unwanted communication, protection against fraud and theft of our products and services.

Each user profile is protected by a password of your choice during registration. The USER/CUSTOMER is responsible for preventing unauthorized access to his account and personal data by choosing and protecting his password in an appropriate manner and by restricting access to his work device and browser after leaving the online shop wildnature.co .

If the Services contain links to sites operated by third parties that are not under the control or supervision of the Author, neither he nor his employees are responsible for the privacy policies and practices of these sites. Once the USER/CUSTOMER leaves the online shop wildnature.co, our privacy policy no longer applies. 

Termination of relations

We process the personal data of the USERS/CUSTOMERS on the basis of their consent indicated at the time of registration.

The personal data of the USERS/CUSTOMERS is stored and processed by the AUTHOR during the period of active registration and use of the services of the online shop.

The personal data of the USERS/CUSTOMERS, using the services of the online shop as GUESTS (users without permanent registration), are stored only until the moment of delivery and completion of their order.

The USER/CUSTOMER has at any time the right to withdraw his consent for use of the Personal Data provided during registration in the online shop wildnature.co. This is done by the USERS/CUSTOMERS deleting their profile manually, or by contacting the AUTHOR by e-mail (wildnaturebg@gmail.bg) and requesting deletion of the profile.

Please note that the USER’s/CUSTOMER’s data, even after deleting an account, remains stored by the AUTHOR in the form of already completed orders through accounting documents, warranty documents, financial statements.

According to local legislature, the accounting information is stored on paper and/or on a technical medium in the business organization for the following periods:

Accounting records and financial statements, including documents for tax control, audit and financial inspections  - 10 years, starting from January 1 of the reporting period following the reporting period to which they refer.

All other holders of accounting information for 3 years, as of January 1 of the reporting period following the reporting period to which they relate.

The USER/CUSTOMER has the right to request from the AUTHOR a copy of the personal data stored by him in machine-readable format.

Right of use for persons under 18 years of age.

Persons under the age of 18 are free to view the online shop wildnature.co, but CANNOT register and use our SERVICES.

The AUTHOR does not collect or require personal data of persons under 18 years of age. In case of misuse, the profiles of such USERS/CUSTOMERS will be removed together with the information provided in them and will not have access to our Services.

If you are aware that a person under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at wildnaturebg@gmail.bg .

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

If necessary, we may change the Privacy Policy of the online shop wildnature.co. The change will be marked with an update date. If the USERS/CUSTOMERS continue to use the Services in the online store wildnature.co, it is assumed that they also agree with all current changes after the update date, and that they have read them. The AUTHOR and manager of PhotoGallery Ltd. is not responsible for changes in the Privacy Policy not read by the USERS/CUSTOMERS. 

Right to complain

Right to complain with a supervisory authority in the Member State of habitual residence, place of work or place of suspected violation if you consider that the processing of your personal data is in breach of the provisions of Regulation (EC) 2016/679. On the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, where the business organization is located, the supervisory authority is the Personal Data Protection Commission.

"Persistent cookies" are deleted after the specified expiration date and period. They can also be deleted manually by the USER/CUSTOMER.

The USER/CUSTOMER has the right to disable or restrict third-party cookies at any time by disabling them from the settings of their browser or the respective websites.

DEFINITION OF TERMS

The definitions of the terms as used specifically in the context of the online shop wildnature.co

AUTHOR is the photographer Grisha Grigorov; all photographs, videos, products and services in the online shop wildnature.co have been created as a result of his creative activity.

ONLINE SHOP is a shop created with computer programmes and available at its own unique address on the Internet - www.wildnature.co. Through it, the AUTHOR offers products and services from a distance to potential users and performs e-commerce. It delivers the selected products and provides services, in return receiving legally approved payment.

SELLER is the AUTHOR and photographer Grisha Grigorov, manager of the company PhotoGallery Ltd, creator of the online shop wildnature.co. The CLIENT/USER enters into a contract with the SELLER at a distance for the purchase of a particular product.

CLIENT is a legal entity, recipient of goods/a product or service provided by the SELLER, in exchange for the respective monetary value and used for the purpose of trade or professional activity.

USER (CUSTOMER)  is any individual who, as a party to a contract under the Consumer Protection Act, acts outside the scope of his commercial or professional activity and who acquires goods or uses services that are not intended for commercial or professional activity.

USER/CLIENT PROFILE is visually provided data and information personally by the USER/CLIENT, which is available by entering the email address and password selected when registering in the online store.

REGISTRATION is the action of creating a user profile by entering a valid email address and password. The system does not support different accounts for a single email address. The account for each email address can be created only once.

A GUEST is a USER/CLIENT who wishes to make a purchase in the online shop and does not wish to register a user profile. The entered information for placing the order is saved under their IP address and is deleted after leaving the online shop. For each subsequent order, the information required is entered again.

PRODUCT is any work offered for sale in the online shop wildnature.co and purchased with a distance contract.

PHOTOBANK is part of the website wildnature.co, which contains digital photo and video files, as well as other products that the AUTHOR offers for sale and makes to order for his CLIENTS from a distance.

A DIGITAL FILE is a data package with a certain type of content and information. The digital file is composed of bytes and can be stored / saved on various media such as: hard disk, flash drive, CD, etc., and can be opened, viewed, processed, written, deleted, etc. using computer programs. 

DOWNLOAD is a process of receiving data from the AUTHOR's server to the CLIENT/USER device.

LIMITED SERIES contains a limited edition of photographs in printed form, reproduced by the AUTHOR, which are accompanied by a certificate of authorship, authenticity, serial number and short description.

ART SHOP is part of the online shop, which contains ready-made products for use, which the AUTHOR offers for sale to its CLIENTS/USERS at a distance.

A COURIER is a legitimate trader working under the Postal Services Act. They deliver product/s from the online shop wildnature.co personally or to an address, specified by the CLIENT/USER.

COPYRIGHT is the right of the AUTHOR over his work and is a system of legal norms governing, regulating and protecting the relations arising from or on the occasion of the creation and use of works of art, a product of intellectual labour.

CONTRACT is a distance contract between the AUTHOR and the CLIENT/USER for the purchase and sale of a product from the online shop.

DISTANCE CONTRACT is any contract made between the AUTHOR and the CLIENT/USER as part of an organized system for distance sales or providing of distance services without the simultaneous physical presence of the AUTHOR and the CLIENT/USER, but through the exclusive use of communication such as website, telephone, e-mail, etc.

PRICE is the final selling price in the online shop, announced in BGN/EUR or USD.

PERSONAL DATA under Art. 2, para. 1 of LPPD, is any information relating to an individual who has been identified or can be identified directly or indirectly. This includes data of any nature which, alone or in combination with other data, may lead to the unique identification of a specific individual.

ADMINISTRATOR is the AUTHOR, who determines the purposes and means for the processing of the CLIENT's personal data in the online shop www.wildnature.co

COOKIES are a small file stored on the working device of the CLIENT/USER to help him recognize and store preferences and other information used when visiting the web pages.

ORDER - request from the CLIENT made to the online shop for:

• purchase and sale of one or more selected products, which are delivered by courier to the address specified by the CLIENT;
• purchase and sale of one or more selected digital photo or video files and their receipt digitally via e-mail address, provided by the CLIENT;

PURCHASE is a contract under which the seller undertakes to transfer to the buyer the ownership of an item or other right and to transfer them for a price that the buyer undertakes to pay. (Article 183, paragraph 1 of the CPA)

LICENSE is a term meaning permission to perform a certain action.

The AUTHOR's licenses determine the specific activities that are allowed and the specific conditions that must be observed by the BUYER/LICENSEE when purchasing a digital file. Failure to comply with the terms of the license automatically revokes the permission to use the purchased digital files.

LICENSEE is the CLIENT/USER specified as the buyer at the time of purchase of the digital photo or video file(s).

FORCE MAJEURE SITUATION are unpredictable or unpredictable events or factors, an objective obstacle independent of the will or actions of one or more persons and in this sense unavoidable such as: any natural disasters, accidents, fires, epidemics, government bans, civil unrest, strikes, and all kinds of riots, terrorist or military actions, etc., as a result of which the normal social rhythm of life is disturbed, respectively the possibility for unimpeded fulfilment of commitments made between two or more parties under concluded agreements. In case of force majeure, the parties to an agreement shall be temporarily released from liability in case of non-performance due to objective impossibility until the force majeure ceases to exist.

PRODUCT PURCHASE

The order by the USER/CUSTOMER and the contract with the AUTHOR for purchase and sale at a distance or off-premises is done in the following steps:

• creating a user profile or continuing as a guest user by entering the necessary information;
• selection of product(s) and their storage in a shopping cart;
• filling in data for delivery;
• choice of payment method;
• confirmation of the order with payment or request for cash on delivery;

After completing the order, the USER/CUSTOMER receives a written confirmation by e-mail from the AUTHOR for the payment received or acceptance of an order with cash on delivery request. It is assumed that the contract for purchase and sale at a distance and off-premises between the USER and the AUTHOR is consummate.

The AUTHOR has the right to contact the USER/CUSTOMERvia e-mail or phone to confirm orders, to confirm payment by cash on delivery or to clarify inaccuracies in the request.

PAYMENT METHODS

Cash on delivery (valid only within Bulgaria): 

The product selected by the USER/CUSTOMER is delivered to the exact address or office of the courier company Econt Express, specified by you. The order is accompanied by a receipt or invoice (if you have requested one).

The price for delivery with all additional fees for cash on delivery and insurance are included in the final payment amount, unless otherwise stated. 

Delivery is made with the option to examine the ordered product.

Payment via PayPal

To make an online payment via PayPal you must be a registered user at PayPal.com. Upon completion of the order, the website automatically transfers you to PayPal.com to make the payment. Via PayPal, you can make payments through a personal account, as well as directly by credit or debit card. PayPal fees are at the expense of the USER/CUSTOMER

Bank transfer

Payment is made by bank transfer, and the order number (ID of the order) must be stated as "grounds for payment". Bank fees are at the expense of the USER/CUSTOMER! The order will be sent upon receipt of the full amount due into out bank account:

DELIVERY

Delivery in Bulgaria

All products ordered from wildnature.co are delivered in Bulgaria by courier Econt. You can choose between pick-up at the courier’s office or delivery to an address you have provided. The delivery price, includes in the final total sum all additional cash-on-delivery and insurance fees, unless otherwise stated.

The delivery includes an option to examine the purchased product/s. Please, examine it carefully and in case of damage or discrepancies, contact us immediately so that the product can be returned and replaced free of charge. 

In case of refusal of delivery, without available damages and discrepancies of the ordered product/s, the USER/CUSTOMER pays the fee for its return. 

If you wish to have the purchase delivered by a different courier, selected by you, you must pay the delivery price determined by the respective courier, with all additional fees for cash on delivery and insurance included.

Delivery of products in stock is done from 2 to 5 working days.

For the creation of products that are not currently available, the delivery is from 5 to 10 working days, and the USER/CUSTOMER will be notified of the availability.

The execution of each order for Bulgaria begins after confirmation by a phone call between the AUTHOR and the USER/CUSTOMER.

Deliveries outside Bulgaria

Deliveries outside Bulgaria are made with the courier company DHL or BULGARIAN POSTS.

The delivery price with all additional fees and insurance are at the expense of the USER/CUSTOMER, unless otherwise stated. The rates are determined by the respective courier. In your shopping basket, you will see automatically the delivery price for the selected product. 

The delivery of products in stock is made within 7 working days, depending on the country and the local courier schedules.

For the creation of products that are not currently available, as well as sending a limited series of photographs, the delivery is up to 14 working days.

The AUTHOR is obliged to deliver the product/s by handing them over to the USER/CUSTOMER without undue delay within the specified period, starting from the date of concluding the contract, except in cases when:

• the parties have agreed otherwise;
• the delay is the fault of third parties;
• force majeure circumstances are preventing the execution of the order;

When the AUTHOR does not deliver the product/s within the period specified in the distance contract, the USER/CUSTOMER requires him to deliver the product/s within an additional period depending on the circumstances. If the AUTHOR does not deliver and deliver the product/s within this additional period, the USER/CUSTOMER has the right to terminate the contract.

When the USER/CUSTOMER has notified the AUTHOR before concluding the distance contract, that it is essential that the delivery is made on a specific date or at the latest by a certain date and the product/s are not delivered within the time agreed with the USER/CUSTOMER, they havr the right to cancel the contract.

Upon termination of the contract of sale, the AUTHOR is obliged to refund to the USER/CUSTOMER without undue delay all amounts paid under the contract. 

The AUTHOR has the right to refuse the execution of the purchase order, after notifying the USER/CUSTOMER, without any responsibility and without owing compensation. The reason for this may be:

• inaccurate or incomplete details submitted by the USER/CUSTOMER;
• already depleted products that cannot be produced in the form chosen by the USER/CUSTOMER during the order;
• force majeure circumstances.

RIGHT TO RETURN PRODUCTS AND COMPLAINTS 

Product return

The right to return products can be exercised by a CUSTOMER, who is a USER within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). According to § 13 of the Additional Provisions of the CPA, “consumer” is any individual who acquires goods or uses services that are not intended for commercial or professional activity, and any individual who, as a party to a contract under this law, acts outside the scope of their commercial or professional activity. 

The Consumer Protection Act and the European legislation give the right to each CUSTOMER to withdraw from the distance contract or the off-site contract without stating a reason, without paying compensation or penalty within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the product by the USER or by a third party other than the carrier and specified by the USER in a contract of sale.

The USER exercises their right of withdrawal in one of the following ways:

• through the form attached to the product, which is returned, or has been sent by e-mail: wildnaturebg@gmail.com;
• via a standard form sent to e-mail: wildnaturebg@gmail.com;

When the USER exercises his or her right to refuse a distance purchase, they must send or hand over the product/s back to the AUTHOR or to a person authorized by him without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the USER has stated in writing to the AUTHOR their decision to abandon the purchased product/s. Upon return, the product/s must be in the original packaging and without traces of use and/or damaged commercial appearance. They must be accompanied by an original or a copy of the purchase document (receipt, invoice or receipt for cash on delivery). 

The deadline is considered met if the USER sends or transfers the product/s back to the AUTHOR before the expiration of the 14-day period. The costs for the delivery of the returned product/s are at the expense of the USER.

The provisions in CPA under Art. 50 - 56 for the right of withdrawal of the consumer from the distance contract or from the off-premises contract do not apply to contracts, such as:

• delivery of product/s, made to order of the USER or according to their individual requirements;
• providing online digital content, if a download has already started; which content has not been delivered on physical media, but only electronically.

Complaints

The Consumer Protection Act and the European legislation give the right to each USER to exercise his right to claim a purchased product/s, if the product:

• does not match the description in the online shop;
• does not comply with the sale contract (missing functionality or feature);
• has a defect;
• has not been installed correctly - neither by you nor by the customer due to missing / inadequate instructions;

within the legal guarantee of two years from its purchase. The AUTHOR must repair at his expense or replace with a new one the returned product/s within one month from the date of their return. If it is impossible to do one or the other, he should refund the money paid by the CUSTOMER. It is also reimbursed in case of a defect, occurring more than three times on the same product within the legal warranty period of two years.

B2B CLIENTS, who are legal entities acquiring goods for the purpose of carrying out a commercial or professional activity, have the right to a 30-day warranty for a complaint to the AUTHOR, as of the date of their receipt. Upon return of the product/s, the AUTHOR must repair at his expense or replace with a new one the returned product/s within one month from the date of their return. If it is impossible to do one or the other, he must reefund the CUSTOMER. 

The USER / CUSTOMER exercises their right to complain as follows:

• by an online form, sent to the company e-maiI address: wildnaturebg@gmail.com
• by an online form, enclosed with the returned product/s.

When the USER/CUSTOMER exercises their right to complain, he must send or hand over the product/s back to the AUTHOR or to a person authorized by him. Upon return, the product/s must be in the original packaging and without traces of use and/or damaged commercial appearance. They must be accompanied by an original or a copy of the purchase document (receipt, invoice or receipt for cash on delivery). The costs of returning for a complaint are at the expense of the AUTHOR. 

Products with colour differences due to the visualization on the screens of different devices are not accepted for complaint. Items inadvertently broken, torn, exposed to direct sunlight, moisture, inappropriate temperature and overall poor treatment of purchased products, violating their technical parameters are not subject to complaint either (product storage).

 REFUND POLICY

All refunds are sent back to the original payment method, i.e.:

• Refunds for payments made with a bank card are carried out within 14 days, via a transaction to the card used to make the payment.
• Refunds for payments made via bank transfer are carried out within 14 days, via an order to the bank account from which the payment was made.
• Refunds for payments made through PayPal are carried out within 14 days, via an order to the PayPal profile from which the payment was made.

There is a choice among three file sizes: small, medium and large, with two licenses: individual and commercial. Upon payment, YOU will receive at your email address a link for direct download of a digital photographic image in the corresponding resolution.

• A DIGITAL VIDEO FILE

There is a choice between two licenses: individual and commercial.  Upon payment, YOU will receive at your email address a link for direct download of the video file. The file contains visual information, without sound.

• IMAGE ON PHOTOPAPER

After selecting the size of the photo, the image is copied with a Durst wide-format camera on Fuji Digital Print 2 Professional matte photo paper with exceptionally high quality of the print.

• IMAGE ON PHOTOPAPER - LIMITED SERIES 

One part of the photographs are marked as LIMITED SERIES. 

They are printed in a limited number of copies on paper, accompanied by a certificate of authorship, authenticity, serial number and a short description.

• Here is an example: next to the selected image in the category IMAGES ON PHOTOPAPER, with sizes 40х60, there is a note LIMITED SERIES (1-7).

This means that this photograph, printed on photo paper in size 40х60 см, is sold in only seven copies. The first digit (1) shows the number of copies sold at present. The second digit (7) shoes the total number of copies. After the stock of this limited series is sold out, the photograph is no longer offered as an image on photo paper. 

The authenticity certificate contains:

• Image of the purchased photograph;
• Serial number of the copy;
• Author’s name;
• Author’s signature;
• Size of the photograph;
• Name of the photograph;
• Date and location of the photo shoot;
• The camera the shot was taken with;
• Short description of the photograph;

• IMAGE ON KAPAfix FOAMBOARD

After selecting the size of the photo, the image is copied with a Durst wide-format camera on Fuji Digital Print 2 Professional matte photo paper with exceptionally high quality of the print. Then, it is mounted on 10mm thick KAPAfix foamboard. The material is very light, with an excellent level of hardness. You will receive the photograph with metallic hangers and instructions for placing them.

• IMAGE ON CANVAS

The chosen photograph is copied in the selected size on an Epson printer and matte Hahnemühle canvas. The image is then covered with protective lacquer film which shields it from dirt, UV light and fingerprints.

The copied on canvas image is stretched on a wooden subframe. 

The photograph is ready to mount on the wall.

LICENSES TO USE

Each selected photograph or video, presented in the online shop wildnature.co, may be purchased as a digital file. The license terms for their use are described below. 

The license is an agreement between the AUTHOR and the person, defined as BUYER/LICENSEE at the time of purchase, that determines how the purchased files may be used. By downloading a digital file from wildnature.co, the BUYER/LICENSEE accepts the terms of the licenses described below. They may be terminated at any time if they are found to be in breach. In this case, the BUYER/LICENSEE is obliged not to use the purchased files any more and to delete them. Otherwise, the AUTHOR will seek his rights in accordance with Bulgarian and international law.

The BUYER/LICENSEE can choose between two types of license: personal and commercial.

PERSONAL LICENSE

By purchasing a photograph or videos as an original digital file with a PERSONAL LICENSE, the BUYER/LICENSEE does not receive full rights over it, but a non-exclusive / non-transferable right to use.

The BUYER/LICENSEE has no right:

• to use it for longer than one year since the date of purchase;
• to license it, remodel (in whole or in part), sell, resell, submit and distribute to third parties, independently or as part of the ordered end product;
• to redirect third partied to a site, different from wildnature.co, from which they can download and use it illegally;
• to identify as the author, regardless of the changes they have made to it;
• to provide it free of charge for any purpose. If they wish to use the file for non-commercial educational or environmental purposes, the BUYER/LICENSEE must contact the AUTHOR;
• to use it for profit by creating any goods, products, articles, paper products, billboards, mobile and internet applications, websites, licenses, distribution services, sales, resale, etc.;
• to use the file for advertising purposes when creating your own end product or for a third party, in print media, billboards, the Internet, trade expos, conferences, signs, in public transport, etc.;
• to use the file and broadcast it on television, satellite programmes, or cinemas;
• to use it together with any illegal content that violates the moral rights of a third party or the intellectual property of the AUTHOR;
• to use the file as part of a trademark or design mark, as well as a service mark or logo;
• to publish it on the Internet and social networks (for commercial purposes). In case of non-commercial use, the publication must mention the AUTHOR and his authorship as follows: Grisha Grigorov ©.

The BUYER/LICENSEE has the right:

• to use the file within one year from the date of purchase;
• to use the file worldwide;
• to download the file for personal use (to print on photo paper, canvas, or other media and frame it for a present or as decoration of the home, office or other spaces). The file may be used for desktops and other digital devices or in personal projects and social networks for no profit or for non-commercial purposes;
• to use the file in companies for non-commercial purposes (excluding billboardsm trade and profit). The original files may be used by more than one employee of the organization or a subcontractor; and the BUYER/LICENSEE who purchased the license of the original file is fully responsible for informing them and ensuring compliance with the terms of the purchased license.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE

By purchasing a photo or video digital file (refers to the original content file, not the final project) with a COMMERCIAL LICENSE, the BUYER/LICENSEE does not receive full rights over it, but a non-exclusive / non-transferable right to use.

The BUYER/LICENSEE has no right:

• to license it, remodel (in whole or in part), sell, resell, submit and distribute to third parties, independently or as part of the ordered end product;
• to redirect third partied to a site, different from wildnature.co, from which they can download and use it illegally;
• to identify as the author, regardless of the changes they have made to it;
• to use it together with any illegal content that violates the moral rights of a third party or the intellectual property of the AUTHOR;
• to provide it free of charge for any purpose. If they wish to use the file for non-commercial educational or environmental purposes, the BUYER/LICENSEE must contact the AUTHOR;
• to use it on the Internet and in print media, outside a final project. When published, the publication must mention the AUTHOR and his authorship as follows: Grisha Grigorov ©;
• when submitting for use the original file to a client or employer (organization / company and its employees), on whose behalf the file was purchased, or their subcontractors for a production or distribution process, related to their end use or project, the BUYER/LICENSEE is fully responsible for informing them and ensuring compliance with the license.

The BUYER/LICENSEE has the right:

• to an unlimited period of use of the file;
• to use the file worldwide;
• to use the file for commercial purposes, which involve the use by the BUYER/LICENSEE of the original file to create a final product, intended for sale and resale, for their own purposes or for an order by a third party. Such products include: textiles (clothes, bags, etc.), stationery (notebooks, pads, etc.), paper and printed matter (calendars, cards, brochures, posters, books, magazines, etc.), entertainment games and toys (puzzles, packages, boxes, etc.), CDs and DVDs, ceramics (cups, plates, etc.), mouse pads, video production (films, television, videos, presentations, the Internet, etc.);
• to use the file for e-commerce and advertising. This includes the use of the original file by the BUYER/LICENSEE when creating their final product or one for a third party, designed for e-commerce or advertising on the Internet such as: mobile applications, electronic templates, websites, social networks, etc.;
• to use the file for advertising purposes when creating their own end product or one for a third party, designed for advertising in print media, billboards, internet, television, trade expos, conferences, signs, advertising in public transport, etc.;
• to use the file for personal purposes, such as printing it on photo paper, canvas and other materials, framing it for a present or as decoration of the home, office or other spaces.
• to create, with the help of purchased digital file/s, an unlimited number of end products and sell them to an unlimited number of customers;
• to submit the original files for use by a customer, employer (organization / company and its employees) on whose behalf they are purchased, as well as their subcontractors for a production or distribution process related to end use or project.

PHOTOGRAPHS ON PHOTO PAPER

Technology and materials:

The nature photography of your choice will be copied with a Durst wide-format camera on FUJICOLOR CRYSTAL ARCHIVE DIGITAL PAPER TYPE DPII matte photo paper. The paper, which has been created for professional use, is of extremely high quality, with a wide colour range, vivid colours, exceptional sharpness and high image stability. Select the size of the photo from the specified sizes. It will be copied and delivered to the address you provide.

The best photographs of the AUTHOR have been selected in the LIMITED SERIES collection. They are intended for art collectors and people who highly value original photographs.

The shots are printed in a limited number of copies on paper, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. After the edition is depleted, the photograph will not be sold by the AUTHOR, which makes it a unique work of art.

Artistic photography is a personal gift for you or your loved ones and preserves a tiny part of the incredible world around us.

The certificate of authenticity contains:

• image of the purchased photograph;
• name of the photograph;
• author's name;
• size of the photograph;
• serial number of the copy;
• date and place of shooting;

Example: next to the selected photo in PHOTOGRAPHS ON PHOTO PAPER with size 40x60, there is a note Limited series (1-7).

This means that only seven prints of this 40x60 cm photograph are available. The first digit (1) indicates the number of copies sold so far. The second digit (7) is the number of the total photographs issued.

Viewing and browsing through individual products is done with the help of the arrow keys (left / right) or the arrows in the upper left corner of the screen.

Clicking on the symbol  restores viewing the images as thumbnails.

For your convenience, you can filter your viewing, for example:

• orientation (applies to photography products), selection between: all, horizontal, vertical and square photography;

After selecting a product, click the ADD TO CART button, where you can add an unlimited number of selected products.
